Unless special arrangements are made, all payments for job postings and access to the resume database will be made online by credit card.  If special arrangements are made by VacuumResources.com to invoice Employers and Recruiters for payment,  Employers and Recruiters agree that payment for all positions shall be made within 30 days of posting a new job on the website. Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address that has been specified in the employer registration page.
